With over 20 years of audio production experience, Nick Palladino has built a national, award-winning reputation for his well-honed ear and his ability to bring radio, television and film images to life. Nick's ability to creatively blend music, sound effects, and voice-over for maximum impact keeps him in constant demand, attracting clients such as PBS, A&E, TNN, HBO, The Walt Disney Company, The Tombras Group, The Buntin Group, Christian Broadcasting Network, CBS, Universal and United Artists.
In addition to his work as an award-winning sound designer, Nick loves to be involved with all aspects of each project. His knowledge of the entire production process allows him to better understand his clients needs, resulting in superior products that keep his clients coming back. Over the years, he has served as the Assistant Director for more than 200 music videos, and introduced Nashville to 5.1 surround mixing with Tracy Lawerence's video "Only the Good Die Young." Nick has also co-directed numerous television music programs including specials for Kenny Rogers, Travis Tritt, Trisha Yearwood, Tracy Lawrence and Billy Gilman, as well as "CeCe's Place," a weekly one-hour music series featuring CeCe Winans, for the Odyssey network.
In spite of all the television and radio work that Nick does, he also enjoys working on full length films. In 2006, Nick worked on two independent films, “The Second Chance” ( ) and “Facing the Giants,” both of which were released in theaters nation wide. But, working with Nick won’t send your film over-budget. Nick knows that money is always an issue when it comes to independent films, so keeps the budget in mind when working on them.
In one of NPALL's two state of the art audio facilities they can do it all: from a simple voice-over to a full 5.1 Dolby Digital Mix and everything in between. Nick's expertise in 5.1 Dolby Digital mixing (theater sound) is currently drawing clients from around the country. Recent Theater Dolby projects include television commercials for Ford Focus and the Myst 3 video game, The Nashville Predators, Six Flags and over 50 theater chain trailers including the popular "Foundation For A Better Life" campaign. Nick has also done ADR work for numerous television programs, including "JAG" and "Touched by an Angel," and the feature films "Cape Fear," "Double Jeopardy," "The Painted House," "Dumb And Dumberer" and "The Last Castle."
